Changes to the Rite Aid +Up Reward Program

Starting September 2, 2012, Rite Aid will be changing the way Wellness Reward members receive their +Up Rewards. Instead of an +Up Reward printing with the receipt after a purchase, they will automatically be loaded to your Wellness Rewards card (Load2Card feature).

In order to access account information on the new Load2Card feature, members must activate their membership on the Wellness Member website. Here is a FAQ sheet for more information about the new feature. It looks as though you can choose to still keep the paper +Up Reward option, but you will have to make that request with an attendant at your local store.

For those who aren’t familiar with the Rite Aid Wellness Program, it is basically a frequent shopper membership. Members receive a card that they can scan at checkout to receive weekly deals and +Up Rewards when applicable. An +Up Reward is a reward certificate that members receive after buying participating products and can be used like cash on future purchases at Rite Aid. For more information on Rite Aid’s Wellness Program, you may visit their website.
