A Greener Way to Clean with the e-cloth Flexi-Edge Floor & Wall Duster {GIVEAWAY}

Pin It

Christmas will be here before we know it! I typically like to keep it nice and tidy here in the Our Everyday Harvest household, but the holidays always throw me in a tizzy where everything has to be extra perfect, especially if we'll be having guests over.

Having the perfect cleaning tools is a must! Although I will occasionally incorporate traditional cleaning products from time to time, I do try to keep it as natural as possible–the less chemicals the better. My favorite go-to natural cleaning products include my homemade vinegar and tea tree oil cleaners, lemon and lavender essential oil air fresheners, baking soda, and of course our collection of e-cloth products.

I've been using e-cloth for a little under two years now–I just love that they're 100% natural and only require the use of water for cleaning. We own quite a few e-cloth products, but my two favorites are their Glass & Polishing Cloth and Deep Clean Mop. I use both items on a regular basis and honestly don't know what I'd do without them. I was also recently introduced to another one of their products, the Flexi-Edge Floor & Wall Duster. I've been hooked ever since trying this thing. It's super convenient, economical, and safe to use around my family, and that for me is a breath of fresh air.

ABOUT E-CLOTH:
e-cloth products enable a chemical-free cleaning process that only uses water. Using microfiber technology, proprietary equipment and manufacturing techniques e-cloth produces superior performing products to meet specific cleaning challenges. Since its founding in 1995, e-cloth has rapidly grown into Europe's No. 1 chemical-free cleaning company. e-cloth products began being sold in the United States in 2008. Our aim is to supply the most effective, healthiest and most environmentally friendly cleaning products available at a good value to the consumer.

Floor cleaning can sometimes be a daunting task. We have several different types of flooring, including hardwood, ceramic tile, and vinyl. Before being introduced to e-cloth products, I'd have to get out a few different products to tackle the various types of flooring we have (that's why I personally love their Deep Clean Mop). As far as dry messes, brooms are okay, but don't always pick up the tiny dust particles. We would then resort to our stick vacuum, which works fine, but isn't the most efficient, since we have to unravel the cord, plug it in, wrap the cord back up, etc. I love those disposable sweeper mops, but the refills can be so expensive if you use them as much as I do! That's why I really like the Flexi-Edge Floor & Wall Duster. I just grab it out of the closet and it's ready to pick up any dust, dirt, hair, or anything else it comes in contact with.

Plus, not only can I use it on floors, but it's also great for dusting the ceiling and other hard to reach places, like this chandelier that hangs high up in our foyer.

There are stairs right under it, so it's often difficult to get up there to clean without a tall ladder or an extremely long duster. The duster I was previously using had a long handle, but it wasn't quite long enough to get the whole thing without me leaning over the banister. Kind of dangerous, I know! The Flexi-Edge Floor & Wall Duster actually has a telescoping pole that reaches up to five feet, which is definitely long enough for me to safely clean the chandelier.

Oh and the pole also shortens all the way down to three feet, which has become quite handy for my little one, since he likes to join in on the cleaning fun. He first discovered the duster when I was cleaning up after a party one night. He immediately took a liking to it and wanted to help me clean the floors. I let him have it, and he went around the house for over an hour sweeping away. A boy after my own heart...I love it!

This sweeper is also lightweight and extremely maneuverable. Both sides of the mop head bend to make it convenient for getting into tight spaces and corners. The best part (besides the fact that my son loves helping me clean with it), it can be placed right in the washing machine. That's right, it has a 100 wash guarantee, which makes it way more economical and environmentally-friendly than leading disposable sweeper cloths. Now don't get me wrong, I do still like my disposable clothes, but it's nice having the option to use something that's a bit more budget-friendly.

I enjoy being able to keep the house clean with items that are safe and chemical-free. We've been blessed to try so many great products from e-cloth and I'm happy to now add the Flexi-Edge Floor & Wall Duster to the list. It really is super convenient to have around for quick clean ups. Whether you're looking for a greener way to tackle floors, bathrooms, kitchens, or other areas in or around the home, be sure to check out e-cloth's collection of chemical-free cleaning products. You can also connect with them on Twitter and Facebook for more updates.

Who wants to get their 2017 year started right with a greener way to clean?! I'm happy to be offering a great giveaway opportunity for Our Everyday Harvest readers. One winner will receive an e-cloth Flexi-Edge Floor & Wall Duster of their own.

They have many very clever products. I'd like to try their Luxury Bath Towel first.

I bet those towels are soft. They even have a newer line of baby towels. I wish those were around when my son was an infant.
