Hi Folks! I know most of you are getting geared up for fireworks, BBQ's, and time with family during the Independence Day holiday! Perhaps some of you have had an early start to the celebration this past weekend and are already enjoying the festivities. Either way, I wanted to wish everyone a happy and safe 4th of July!

I received an email from Fresh Baby, earlier today, and it had several recipes for some pretty delicious looking ice pops. I know that I'll be trying some of these recipes in my own kitchen. I also wanted to pass them over to those who may be looking for some new and easy to make treat ideas that will help keep the entire family cool this summer. There's also a few fun 4th of July facts and safety tips listed, below.

ENJOY!

Thank you, Brenda. I hope you had a nice 4th! I am having a difficult time choosing which to make first, the watermelon or the coconut. :-) Enjoy the recipes!
