Little Words Matter Sound Books: Jesus Loves Me and The Whole World in His Hands #BookReview

Sound books have always been a fun and delightful way for little ones to engage in early reading. My son has a nice collection of books, included are several sound books that he really enjoys perusing through.

I was recently presented with an opportunity to read two newly published Little Words Matter children's sound books, The Whole World in His Hands and Jesus Loves Me, both illustrated by Holli Conger. It was no surprise that my little one took to both books almost immediately.

In the Little Words Matter™ books, it only takes a few words to share a big message. Crafted especially for toddlers, these books make biblical truths easily understandable and enjoyable for little ones and their parents too!"

Holli’s artistic talent and creativity has been evident from a very early age. Although she excelled in many areas of school, art projects were always her favorite. In third grade, Holli’s art teacher presented her with a big green pencil case (which she still has today) for having the best drawing in the class.
Today she is a digital and dimensional illustrator who illustrates in a whimsical style suitable for any application of illustration. From magazine, greeting cards and advertising, to CD covers, packaging and children’s books, Holli approaches each project with whimsy and creativity guaranteed to put a smile on any child’s (and parent’s) face.

Both Jesus Loves Me and The Whole World in His Hands recite those two beautiful children's songs many of us loved while we were growing up (and still do). Both classic songs are taken and put into a storybook rendition for children to read.

Yes, Jesus loves me! Yes, Jesus loves me!
This I know...For the Bible tells me so.

He's got the whole world in His hands.
He's got the little bitty babies in His hands.

The illustrations are absolutely adorable and full of beautiful colors that would really appeal to young ones. Each page shows children and babies playing and having fun while going about their day.

Along side each book, you'll find six separate sound buttons with pictures on them that match the pages, so when your child presses the corresponding button it will read what's on that page. I also like that the books come with a power switch, so you can turn off the sounds when you're not using them. Plus, they are board books, so they're extra durable for young hands.

Both Little Words Matter sound books are perfect for toddlers, giving them the opportunity to participate in early reading. They'll also enjoy learning those amazing classic songs of faith as they flip from page to page.

Both Jesus Loves Me and The Whole World in His Hands will be available for sale on September 1, 2015, but you can preorder now to reserve your copy of each one. Currently, both books are available at almost half off the cover price!
