I have always loved this verse from the Book of Isaiah, which offers such encouragement by reminding us that when we trust the Lord, in both the good times and bad, He will renew and refresh our spirit. Through God's word, we will always have the strength to walk steadfast in our journey with Him.

I've always liked this verse too. It's a good one to go along with my husband's marathon he finished today. It was the first one he participated in.
